CMN is a faith community and agency of UnitingCare Victoria and Tasmania integrating the arts and faith. The Network is committed to develop personal and societal relationships that are restored by healing, justice and reconciliation, and seeks to celebrate and serve this vision.CMN is committed to understanding “who we are” in relation to Australia’s history and our relationships with indigenous peoples. The Network locates its ministry in the Biblical prophetic tradition, believing God calls the Church to live creatively as a faithful community of people liberated from those powers in contemporary society that cause injustice, suffering and division.
The Creative Ministries Network endeavours to integrate arts-based activities in programs dedicated to healing, justice and reconciliation.

In February each year, the CMN holds its anniversary service where CMN congregation members, colleagues and supporters join in a service of remembrance, gratitude and hope. The service usually features a choir and special speakers.
